Pros: Beauty of RPA is that it is designed to relieve human workers of their mundane and repetitive daily tasks. When technology manages these tasks and workflows, the process runs much faster and thereafter more efficiently.
A centralized management platform provides organizations with the ability to remotely model, monitor, control, schedule, and execute the RPA software robot deployment. Because some requirements can be incorporated into automation rules, RPA allows organizations to improve governance to better manage business operations. In addition, high levels of security can be maintained by remote control of the software robots by the server.
When technology makes heavy lifting, as is the case with RPA, production can be greatly increased. In addition, knowledge workers will be released to apply their skills and experience to larger projects that drive innovation and growth.

Cons: Budget cuts are among the main reasons why companies choose not to implement RPA.
Many people believe that in order to take advantage of the automation of robotic processes, the end user must have significant technical know-how. This misconception often prevents them from reaping the many benefits offered to them.
The adoption of a new technology requires a change, but with the right tool, the impact of this change is much less noticeable and disruptive than many realize.
Another common concern of those who resist the RPA is the fear that robots will replace human workers, while its main purpose is to support humans in the workplace.

Product is great. Customer service and licensing is a load of crap...less than worthless

Comments: I tested their software to emulate a user/Citrix experience. Works pretty well. I pinged them more than two months ago and several times since to inquire about licensing. I cannot keep using the community version because it keeps expiring and tosses me in uninstall/install/renew license hell. So..I have to recommend not using this product unless you want to find out you have wasted your time because their customer service department is totally absent...a complete vacuum.

Pros: I have written user emulation code before and it is a serious pain. This works well and is mostly graphically driven

Cons: Customer service department won't respond to a licensing request. Using the community edition puts you in a continuously expiring loop with a very long wait before you receive an updated/extended license.
